Strong(her) 4-Week Training Programme Session

A 4-week training programme to hit all the important body parts which include Abs, Glutes, Thighs & Triceps. You will be taken through a series of training session to progressively tone up, burn calories(during & after workout), & most importantly do the exercises correctly. The programme will boast an increase in lean muscle, muscular endurance & improved movement patterning. Session goes on for twice a week with one weekday & a weekend to help you with either recovery or practise in between the days to enhance your physical body to its best abilities. Starts on Feb 1st( Saturdays, 12pm) & Wednesdays 7pm. The programme will be twice a week for a month. .
