Aerial Yin

The first of its kind, combining Science & Mindfulness  in one session. The aim of Aerial Yin is to help bring therapeutic value to both mental & physical for an increased wellbeing. This is facilitated through our unique systems of APR(anatomical positional release) & engagement of mindful activities to help slow the body & eventually the mind, bringing you, a very therapeutic session. This is a slower phased session for those looking for some down time to help with active recovery & relaxation. It's gentle enough for anyone to try &  most beneficial for those who are looking to move the mind body connection into stillness albeit the modern busy life.
