​Doing weightlifting changes your body rapidly in terms of improved core strength, bone health, strength/power gains, muscle hypertrophy, & a range of other health benefits. If you're looking for a great place to learn free weight training using a wide variety of gym tools, you are looking at the right place for a fitness class, introducing our premium class for members only, the barbell Class called Barbell Lifting.

Not only does strength training benefit your whole body, it helps to promote increased muscle mass, higher calorie burning effect, weight loss, & an overall athletic muscle when you combine it with weightlifting. Olympic weightlifting is one part of the related classes, in which you will learn olympic lifts such as the clean & jerk, clean & press, & snatches. During these movements, you use the entire body even with light weights to execute an exercise movement. Our barbell class programmes works on increasing technical proficiency, fitness, & overall mobility-stability through olympic weightlifting & fitness/ strength training workout(it's not always about high repetitions as many other gyms do). We work on form & consistency to create intensity, promoting lean muscle tissue gains.

To get lean faster, you need to incorporate not only weight training, but also weightlifting exercises which targets more muscles to help you burn calories at higher rate during rest. Exercises such as squats, deadlifts, works both stabilisers & supporting muscles, which in turn creates intensity during workout, promoting improved fitness level!

Our barbell club classes in our gym is a small group setting which means you get very personal with our coach, & if you've been to other gyms, you will come to know quickly once you meet our instructors for our classes that we run weekly basis.
