As the session progresses from a bare breathworks to loaded breathing, you will be given a free personal breathing device to learn how to practise it by yourself. You will need to bring your personal breathing device from the first day you attend the orientation session, this will keep you in a habit of using it during & after the session. Highly suggested but optional during this 30 programme to purchase the RS 3.2 Oximeter, which will take you out of any guess work & to be able to keep track of how much oxygen you are having in your body.

Is It Safe To Join This 30 Days Breathing programme??
it's perfectly normal to be slightly nervous but..
Breathworks have been clinically studied & applied successfully on elite athletes, & patients who suffers from COPD such as asthma or sleep apnea, etc, to drastically improve athletic performance, recovery, & increase their overall wellbeing. The 30 days programme will follow a progressive learning process which you can follow easily & custom to your own comfort level. Breathworks such as holotrophic, rebirthing, Whim Hof methods may increase the contraindications, however as this is lead in a small group, teaching only proven clinical methods that are safe to apply to increasing breathing capacity & help improve quality of life.
You will also be having plenty of support & communication during your self practise with learning from each other. There will be a private group chat to ensure that every participants gets the fullest out of this 30 days breathing programme.

How Will The Programme Work?
there will be commitments but...
You will be paying for 20 in class sessions of which you are still expected to keep it up for self practise during the weekends, but in the unfortunate event that you can't make it to class, there will be a short recorded session on what was taught that day & you can watch it at home to do it via self practise. The first few days are the most important days as it's orientation to get seasoned to doing self practise after a class. You will asked to practise only 10 mins by yourself in the morning but will be going through 55 minutes class. Every new week, you will always start with an orientation, discussing & troubleshooting on any obstacles along the way making it very personal. There will also be a simple worksheet to follow when doing your 10 minutes self practise .
- 5 days in class session weekly (45 minutes-55 minutes) for 4 weeks
- Self practice 10 minutes in morning
- 2 days of 10 minutes self practise during the weekends before coming back to in class

He will be facilitating every session throughout your 30 days of breathing journey, & with his experience & background on the human body & breathworks, you can expect yourself to have quite an immersive 30 days.
