Bounce bungee is a great way to move. It helps to simulate "buoyancy in the swimming pool" by pulling your body away from the ground, forcing you to engage your core and allowing your pain receptors via your brain to decrease pain signals or perceived threat to your joints and muscles, making movements more enjoyable yet, still burning plenty of calories! Come and fly with bounce bungee.
Do note: The bungee can take up to 200kg, however, there is a size restriction on the harness of approx 40inches hips/ waist & 22inch around the thighs.
If you are not sure if it will fit you are more than welcome to come down to the studio to be sized up first to avoid disappointment.

Important: As we open new time slots to accomodate more clients, our bungee fitness class on weekdays requires at least 3 participants to carry on, in the event of having below the required sign ups, we will either reschedule your session, or do a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.

It was a fun and a great workout session with our awesome instructor, Mr Baba Muthu. He knows our limitations (Merdeka group) and guide us patiently throughout.

Had a lot of fun on our first lesson of bungee fitness with Muthu, great atmosphere, staff very friendly and approachable . (Though I Was alittle apprehensive when I signed up for the class )
