If you've seen people walking around with dark circles around their body that looks like they've been wrestling a giant octopus, it's high likelihood that they have had cupping therapy done on them. While most cupping therapy is done by a TCM(traditional chinese medicine) physician, there is another branch cupping which is driven by the management & treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. This is also referred to as clinical cupping therapy, and it's done to help with pains, soreness and other conditions that may be affected by your muscles. Clinical cupping therapy do not treat illnesses or disease, unlike the TCM physicians who are trained to do so otherwise.
What to expect
The cupping therapy session is't a long session as it takes just about 15 minutes to produce therapeutics effects, and the cupping marks done by our therapists are controlled accordingly so it doesn't leave you looking like(once again) you've been wrestling a giant octopus.
