Group Personal Training, sometimes referred to as Group PT or as we call it, GPT, is a class done only by a qualified personal trainer or sports medicine trainer. GPT is not a new thing in the fitness industry & unlike mass group fitness training classes or mass exercise training classes, a group personal training at MSMC is designed to only take a maximum of 6 pax to ensure that clients can still benefit working with the personal trainers on a personal level. It's been noted that training in a group helps increase your fitness level, in a study that decreased levels of perceived stress and increased physical, mental and emotional quality of life.
