Our sports medicine training takes shapes in our premium session of GPT, which covers corrective work to improve posture, biomechanics adjustments to decrease injuries, optimal neuromuscular activation of the kinetic chain which may lead to better performance for your specific sport(s), restoration of your range of motion, & much more. If you are looking to learn how to safely and correctly strengthen & stabilise your shoulder, this is the session! Stop second guessing your workouts & start doing it right from the start.
