Important: Please arrive on time according to the scheduled class. Late arrivals will not be able to join the class/ session, we reserve the rights to refuse entry to late arrivals.
Do NOTE: Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19(&guidelines), we advise clients to avoid any lounging or crowding around before or after the class as we do not have a waiting area.
Registration begins only 5 minutes before the class. Should we have back to back classes please wait at the waiting space given outside.
Standard Cancellation / Late Arrivals Policy: A min of 24hours is needed to cancel a class, late arrivals will not be allowed to enter any session, for more info on this, READ HERE
Class Requirements: As volume drops below the usual traffic due to COVID-19, any class that falls below the minimum requirement of attendance for specific time & type of class will be cancelled, with full refund of either credit or payment(s). Class cancelation(s) will be a minimum of 3 students.
Mandatory for every individual coming to MSMC for any activities to have their mask on during non-physical session, & to check in/out upon completion of your visit.
Aerial Class: It is mandatory to take out any form of jewelry on any aerial hammock based class, unable to take it off, we are unable to accommodate.
