One is the ability to present a range of affordable rates(no more "i can't afford the fee excuses"), on everything we offer in our classes, such as interval training(HIIT) circuit, strength program, stretch mobility workout, etc. Two, while our gym is back to basics(100% free weights), the value of experience with our team of trainers is what makes your fitness workouts productive, &, for some circuit training session, we take a maximum of 4 pax with your own space/pod, which means plenty of attention. That said, we're able to focus on providing services that we're passionate about, that's educating, & guiding clients to move, to feel better(we've all for some reason know someone who got injured during a session with a trainer, not here!). Therefore, our clients greatly improve their capacity with each workout, getting fitter, stronger body, better posture, improved overall metabolic function which results in long term change of body composition, & fat loss.
