Meditation to us means many things. We all know it by the famous way of having close our eyes and sitting quietly. As with many things, meditation comes in many forms and ways from eyes open to eyes closed, to movements and static, holding to dynamic, and even dance to gazing on an object. Which do you choose from then? Try out different classes as you want to find something that is easily relatable to how you feel easiest to learn and retain so that you can practise it even outside the yoga studio.
Meditation can be used in many aspects of life, you just need to know how to use a session to have a transfer or carry over to your life, as it is, life on our individual level is so different. Most of us are more inclined to having noise and a crowd of people around us, we are not able to be self sufficient in being alone and happy in this current era. We get lost in the idea that we need more than what we already have in life, and end up with so much excess baggage that we don't need but yet still hang on to. Be it, materials, physical or mental and emotional, we just find it hard to let go. A simple practise of meditation from 5-10 minutes daily helps us to achieve a clearer mind to see what we need to let go and what to keep.
Pain in body caused by emotional trauma
With the current development of science, there are numerous studies that is showing physical pain to be co-related with our mental trauma, many unexplained pain that can't be fixed needs the attention of the individual to be able to recognise if any form of emotional trauma is stored in the body that may be leading to the cause of pain. A trained professional meditation guide may help you in releasing emotional trauma which is still stored in the fascia(connective tissue) and central nervous system.

Stress
In most of the times when we hear the word stress, you would think of work related stuffs, however, in life itself, it comes in many forms and manifestations. When we are stressed we stand, move and breathe differently, sad a certain way and happy a very different feeling and way, much the opposite of everything. Stress is nothing more than a person being trapped in a thought, not realising that they are not in reality. Reality is what we make up our lives to be, we all don't necessarily get a choice to what happens in our lives as many dynamics get in touch with our individual selfs, however, we are able to choose how we react to these situations. Not everything needs a reaction, observations of life as an external entity allows us to be present by clearing our minds of the clutters of life to make decisions or reactions based on clear conscience and awareness.

Increasing awareness
Awareness is a thing of effort. Daily reminders of staying present, breath awareness, observation of your environment, emotional attachments, materials, and so much clutters can be separated by simple meditation. When you awareness of surroundings increases, your vibrations changes, your immune system improves, your well being improves, your mental clarity improves, decision making improves and life in general will change. You start to have a sense of unity with everything around you, near or far, you feel more empathy for every living being and start to have an altered perspective. Meditation, is a practice, and the more you practise it, the more it(state of mind) becomes you.

Life after death
Life get’s fairly simple when we clear the noise. If you’re unhappy in a relationship, then leave. If you’re unfulfilled in your career, then quit. If you’re around toxic people, then drop them. Typically our hearts tell us exactly what we want, yet those whispers go unnoticed with the barrage of fears, self-doubt, and mental baggage blasting in our minds. When you’ve had the slightest taste of death, the noise tends to silence out leaving only what matters on the table. Once this occurs, tough decisions you’ve struggled with for years suddenly becomes clear as day. Chuck Palahniuk once wrote “It’s only after we’ve lost everything that we’re free to do anything.”
