Semi-private training or also referred to as group training session, isn't new in the fitness industry, & it's been done for years since personal training has been around. A few gyms in Singapore that have been offering semi private training sessions includes Ritual gym, F45, Anytime Fitness, & Fitness First.
What Defines Semi-Private Training?
It mostly revolve around a few things. First, there is no official number that defines semi-private training, second, however, it depends on the:

In this context, you are considered a client as it's working closely with you as an individual rather than a group class. Aerobics Class
