Body Weight vs Machine
To build strength, you need resistance training, but training with weight training, people tend to often move wrongly & sustain an injury when they perform the simplest exercise such as a squat using a barbell & loading up too much too fast on the body which is way over your body's abilities. Fabulous session! I like how Edmund offers options to different bodies according to individual fitness level and appropriate amount of challenge. He is attentive to the alignment and gives gentle correction n reminder from time to time, from there you will get to understand your body better. Enjoyable class!!
