This session is based on learning core exercises/ movements. If you have a weak core, or suffer herniated discs, looking to enhance sports performance, or to just even bring the washboard abs out, this will be the session. Don't second guess your workouts anymore, learn what to do & how to do it. It doesn't matter if you have never worked out before or you have been hitting the gym professionally, we have something you can always learn with during GPT.
