What is a Stretch & Mobility class?People who have the idea that a stretch session is relaxing it's because you joined in the wrong stretching class(biggest myth). When you attend a class at Movement & Sports Medicine Centre, we help you target a chain of muscle groups(fascia), problem areas such as your hips, back, & spine by selective active & dynamic stretches. What are the 3 types of stretching?Simply put these are the most important aspect of stretching is everything! Each session will involve active, passive & dynamic stretching, & you will be having to move, as all our classes are active exercises.
