Flexibar is an exercise that strengthens & shapes the body. The Flexibar is an integrated multi dimensional training / therapeutic tool that provides full body training whilst providing long-term improvement of overall health conditions.  A process in which muscle is pulled out of equilibrium is called tonic stretch reflex.
