Top 3 exercises to Improve your Posture

Learning how to do a back workout can be very beneficial if you have bad back. To stay healthy & injury free, you should work on these exercises to keep the body in the most optimal posture. The back is a very important part of the body because it is holds you upright, & prevent you from getting overloaded from compensations.

"We hardly train our back muscles as we don't see it like the front portion of our body aka beach muscles, making our back very vulnerable to injuries as they become weaker each day from compensations "

The most commonly used exercises to do are deadlifts, rowings, & bent over rows.

If you perform these exercises properly, you will strengthen & stretch your back muscles, making them injury resistant. They are the best exercises to do for back injuries and if you add these exercises to your weekly routine, you will definitely see a difference in your back

1. Deadlifts are a form of exercise that works the lower and upper back. The best way to perform this exercise is to lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands on your hips. Now, lift your chest up and your upper back up off the floor and hold it there until you feel it is time to lower your head down

2. Bent over rows are a very simple exercise and it uses just your arm. The best way to do this exercise is to start in the standing position and then raise your head up off the floor by bending your knees and your elbows. Keep your back straight. Your arms should be straight but don't bend them

Deadlifts and bent over rows can be done as isolated exercises or you can combine both together and work out all your back muscles at the same time. This is what will really show you the effects of these exercises.

3. Rowing is a good way to do your back workout because it is a movement that uses your back muscles the most. All the muscle groups from the back to the arms and even the shoulders are used during rowing. Rowing is a very effective exercise for people who want to tone their back muscles
Rowing will improve your endurance, flexibility, & strengthen your back. There are other movements that can be done while rowing but they are a less effective way to do your back workouts because rowing does not involve many muscle groups compared to other exercises.

When you work out your back muscles, you will be able to use them effectively and efficiently. Even though you may not be a member of a national rowing team or the strongmen club, it is always good to know how to do a back workout. The more you know, the better off you will be.

BONUS

Well it wouldn't be right if we didn't let you know that working your abs is equally as important while training your back will need a helping hand to help keep you upright & further bulletproof your body. Planks are a good couple with any of the back exercises that you are going to do. Remember, do your core work & include them in any programme you do!
