What does Freedom & Yoga got to do with each other?

Freedom for each individual means something different. Some people sees money being the answer to freedom, some would say freedom is being able to accept yourself or others around you, but freedom in it's essence is freedom of, from, with and to everything. Yog's teachings are simple to none. There is no religion or god to pray to, and if you are in a religion then you use yoga as a platform to get deeper into the connection of your religion's almighty.
"Real freedom is when you surrender & let go"
Do i need freedom if everything in my life is going great and i have everything?
See the problem arises not when you have everything and life has no fault with it, it's perfect do to speak. As life is, events can take a steep turn sometimes changing us as a whole or even stop us on our tracks, and when life happens you need to be able to mentally grasp what is going on. Being free of all things doesn't mean two things, one you get oblivious to everything, second, you dont want to progress and work as you just have decided to let go and surrender to whatever comes. Why you say? It's mindless and unconscious. When you do things mindlessly and not consciously, no-one gets anywhere but pain and suffering increases. When you do anything consciously and mindfully, love flourishes with everyone and everything, and when that happens every individual cares almost automatically and feel for each other and the environment.

"At work, when you are buried under the stressors that you have to meet certain deadlines for projects, meetings for KPIs, learn a new role, study new materials for increasing your repertoire of skills and so much more. Some of us may survive but at its costs, of health plummeting down and having to bear the doctors consultation, medications and in some case, the hospitalisation fees".

"At home, we have a different set of conditions as well to live by, some traditional families would be expected to do act a certain way even if your beliefs are different. You start taking a role for each person when relatives meet and you're never the same with everyone".

"With society's placement of perfection and nothing is ever enough, we tend to always indulge in things we don't really need and some end up with a bigger to grasp mortgages".

"Friends are a whole set of level to know who is important to keep in your life and which is poisoning you slowly without you knowing before it affects you".

Yoga teaches one to be free and independent of the mind, to be able to act consciously and make every decision rational with empathy and love with knowing that everything is unique and different with no labels attached to it. If you have desires to want to live life more and learn how to turn the stress levels to rest and digest in most of the things you do in life, take up meditation in any form. Eyes open, eyes closed, any form of meditation that suits you to learn how to achieve "mental lightness", whatever, start small even for three minutes and stick to it till you can do it longer and becomes you.
