According to a study by American heart association, you can reduce your risk of heart/ health problem just by increasing physical activity every day keeping your cardiovascular health at bay & doctors advise is to get at least 30 minutes a day, if you can't, then even a moderate intensity of 15 minutes under the close supervision of a good personal trainer executing exercise. A study done on regular exercise have been shown to release brain chemicals known as the feel-good chemical(dopamine) which holds many health benefits for many people.
