If you have no experience in olympic weightlifting, the best bet is for you to have a full workout & improve your fitness level is to attend our Barbell Lifting training as it teaches you the essentials of lifting moves such as Deadlift, Presses, & Squats. Class starts with taking you through basic strength training fitness routine for that workout, & are the types of strength training exercises you'd be doing, & take note that this is not an open gym session where you come in & do your thing, classes/ workout are done with a sports medicine trainer every workout class to maximise fitness progression & avoid injuries in the gym!

Heck yes! Science have shown that females are more prone to bone condition such as osteoporosis due to decreased testosterone & increased oestrogen levels as age forwards beginning of the age of 30(time flies, yes). It doesn't matter if you're in the gym having a quick workout or learning how to workout using weights, females need some type of resistance to allow the body to develop stronger/ denser bones, & helps to improve your fitness level. Activities like yoga is good to start with but in the long run it becomes repetitive & your body quickly adapts, to which you need to apply a little bit of science to the training thus doing gym work, lifting, is a great way to add variety to your body, & fitness classes in the gym are the best to give your body what it needs to get all the health benefits it comes with.
