Our Bounce bungee classes also have a range of full body workout & that we have very experienced instructors who can cater to an absolute beginner to more experienced participants in the same class! Our bungee fitness class instructor starts off the class with dynamic warm up(dynamic movements) before going into dynamic exercises, this helps to lower the risks associated with injuries during bounce bungee classes as they have a high impact on the joints when done incorrectly. Our bungee fitness classes also incorporates movements that uses the core work, explosive strength, & improve cardiovascular endurance. This is achieved by mixing small & progressive high intensity interval training to ensure varied classes & calories compared to traditional exercises/ workout, which makes it an extremely fun class for those who loves to improve their fitness level through high intensity cardio workout.

How does the Bungee Cord work?

Unlike bungee jumping, there is a specific angle which the instructor needs you to master & this is due to the ability for the bungee cords to help absorb all the jumping you will be doing. The bungee cord acts & supports the bungee harness up making you feel like you are in the swimming pool , & taking advantage of this allow syou to have the full benefits of bungee fitness without the loading on the joints.
