Cocoon Nidra

Cocoon Nidra is a facilitated session, teaching simple fundamental(s) on meditation in side the aerial hammock. The session is used to help understand how to go deeper into relaxation, subconscious mind and even hopes to help people to an awakened state of mind. You will be taken through an increased awareness of your self, through the guide, with you learning how to navigate through the different levels of your mind to experience events only you as in individual can at your own awareness. Unique? Definitely, as we are the only ones in the world offering this unique experience, and people visiting Singapore have flown in to sit for the session just to experience this and bring it back with them.

Aerial is defiantly one of the best ways to defy gravity and have your joints go through decompression which includes your spine from the base of your skull to the tailbone! Exciting times is just around the corner if you have never tried any form of aerial class. There is a few types of aerial classes that you can join or find in other studios, which may include:

Aerial classes encompasses a whole lot of other things other than "hanging upside down", without realising, you will increase balance, grip strength, vestibular system, motor control, core, flexibility, mobility, neuroplasticity(rewiring of the brain) and decrease stress which may be a contributor to inflammation in our body. Parellel

One of the event(s) you must experience with someone you know that you want to bond on a deeper level. Currently the only place you can do this in Singapore is MSMC as the location is done in the loft under specific condition(s) that the guide will require for that particular session. Currently, the session is designed for two people that knows each other that may be: 
  • a family member(mom, dad, brother, sister)
  • partner(in a relationship)
  • colleague 
  • friend
